Before Your Appointment

To help ensure successful treatment, we usually recommend:
- Using Earol olive oil or ear spray 2-3 times daily for 3 days beforehand.
- Avoiding cotton buds, ear candles, or inserting anything into the ears.
If sprays are unsuitable for you, we will still examine your ears and advise.

During Your Appointment

- Your ears will be fully examined first
- The most suitable method will be used
- Treatment usually takes 20–30 minutes

Many patients notice immediate improvement in hearing.
You are in control at all times and can stop the procedure if needed.

When Ear Wax Removal May Not Be Suitable.
Please tell us if you have:
- A current ear infection
